Did you know that VDOT employees have free access to The Washington Post online?
That’s right! All VDOT employees with a valid VDOT email address are eligible for free digital content access to The Washington Post. Digital Subscription access is a little different than the print edition as it also includes all website content and mobile app access.
Here are the steps to follow to get started:
To start your free digital subscription, click on the link below and register your VDOT email address, a unique and "strong" password (based on guidance provided)
https://www.washingtonpost.com/subscribe/signup

Next, you will receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
Click through that email to verify your email address:

Next, go straight to Account Settings (under the Profile drop-down menu), then click on My Subscriptions, and then on Activate free digital access:

Finally, you should receive a second email confirming your subscription.

If you have trouble (one common problem may be a previous email registration or personal subscription), feel free to contact the Washington Post's Help Center directly.
