The Virginia Roads Open Data Portal was developed as part of an effort to provide user friendly access to all of VDOT’s map products and to ensure VDOT’s transparency to the public. It pulls together a variety of VDOT project information in one place for a general public audience, to assist citizens, elected officials, local government partners and others in getting current information quickly and in an easy-to-understand format. The Virginia Roads portal is public and is available to everyone. Currently there is no need to register in order to take advantage of the applications. Just click on the link above to start exploring.
