Connections is free. Anybody can view posts, browse our archives and subscribe to receive e-mail notifications. If you work at VDOT or are interested in transportation research and information, we definitely want you to subscribe!

Connections is an "opt in" system, which means you can sign up or cancel your subscription at any time. You're in control and the library will never share your contact details with anyone for any reason. To subscribe yourself, follow Step 1 and Step 2 listed in this guide.
