Library Quarterly Report FY20 Q1: July-Sept 2019

This is the final quarter the library will be collecting circulation statistics using the EOS "Report Writer" module, which is being replaced by the vendor with a new product called Blue Cloud Analytics (BCA). We hope that BCA will provide flexible and powerful reporting features that allow us to easily track circulation data (primarily book checkouts and renewals), providing data to help the library make evidence-based decisions. Gil Kenner will be responsible for designing and running reports in BCA and for consulting with vendor EOS if any custom reports are needed.
