She also provides research assistance for walk-in customers, and customer assistance via phone, and online (e-mail and live chat) through LibAnswers the library's online customer service portal.
She has begun the specialized training required to support patron questions related to Research Databases, and will soon be shifting her attention to also support the library's Literature Search Service.
Becky is a Virginia native, having grown up in Norfolk, VA. While in college Becky participated in rowing and cross-country skiing. These days she enjoys choral singing and anything having to do with cats. She lives in Charlottesville, with frequent travel to Norfolk and Morgantown, WV.
