Library Catalog Quick Start Guide

Finally, for the sake of convenience we provide access the library's collections of subscription databases from the catalog search screen. Just select the particular database you want from the list on the left of the Start page:

When you follow these links from your VDOT computer you will pass right through to the resource.

However, as noted earlier, if you attempt to access one of the subscription databases from a computer that is OFF of the VDOT network, you will be prompted to enter your Virtual Library card credentials to verify your identity, as shown below:
