This quarter Gil Kenner began running reports as the administrator of Blue Cloud Analytics (BCA) and we noticed right away library circulation data was inconsistent the data we used to get from EOS Report Writer (which has been retired by the vendor). We have subsequently reached out to EOS support for assistance understanding the discrepancy, but it may take some time to resolve. More info here...
